Reece Group Appoints Tim Ford as Lead Independent Director.
Reece Limited (ASX: REH) has named Tim Ford as its new Lead Independent Director, with the appointment taking effect from 8 April 2026. In addition to this role, he will join both the Audit and Risk Committee and the Remuneration Committee. Ford brings more than 30 years of senior leadership experience, including his recent tenure as Chief Executive Officer of Treasury Wine Estates, where he managed complex global operations and strategic transformations.
The company stated that the appointment supports its objective of strengthening board independence and enhancing the overall skill set required for future growth. Management believes Ford’s international exposure and ability to lead through challenging environments will contribute to stronger governance and improved decision-making. Ford will seek shareholder approval at the 2026 Annual General Meeting. Reece Group operates an extensive network of over 900 branches across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.
