TZ Limited Completes AU$0.50 Million Placement to Support Growth Plans
TZ Limited (ASX: TZL) has completed the placement component of its recently announced capital raising initiative, securing AU$0.50 million before costs from professional and sophisticated investors. As part of the placement, the company issued 16.67 million new fully paid ordinary shares at AU$0.03 per share. The newly issued shares carry the same rights as existing shares and were allotted under the company’s available placement capacity.
In addition to the completed placement, TZ Limited is progressing with a 1-for-4 entitlement offer aimed at raising approximately AU$2.58 million before costs. Eligible shareholders will have the opportunity to subscribe for new shares at the same issue price of AU$0.03 per share. The entitlement offer is scheduled to open on 24 June 2026 and close on 8 July 2026. The capital raising initiative is expected to provide additional financial flexibility, strengthen the balance sheet, and support the company’s ongoing growth and strategic objectives.
