Sunland Group is on track to achieve its NPAT target range

The Directors of Sunland Group announced that Sunland Group (ASX: SDG) is on target to achieve net profit after tax in between AU$ 92 million to AU$98 million. This range is in line with the market announcement released earlier in February 2022. The numbers will depend on audit of the financials of the Company. This follows settlements of the following material transactions since that announcement.

The proceeds from these transactions have supported the Company in the repayment of the Group’s debt facilities for working capital and project developments. Adequate funds have been assigned to repay the balance of external unsecured debt arrangements.

The Company has declared a fully franked special dividend AU 30 cents per share. It will be paid on 28 July 2022.
