Greenvale Energy Raises AU$3.25 Million to Accelerate Thunderball Uranium Exploration
Greenvale Energy Limited (ASX: GRV) has secured firm commitments to raise approximately AU$3.25 million through a placement to sophisticated and professional investors. The funding will primarily support accelerated uranium exploration at the Thunderball Project in the Northern Territory while strengthening the company's balance sheet and advancing its broader portfolio. The capital raise attracted strong institutional interest, prompting the company to increase the placement from its initial target.
The company plans to continue mapping, sampling and geophysical surveys to identify high-priority drill targets at Thunderball. At the same time, it is progressing the acquisition of the Pine Creek Uranium Project and ongoing work at the Alpha Project. Management believes the successful fundraising enhances Greenvale's financial position and expands its institutional shareholder base, providing additional momentum for exploration and long-term project development.
