Dotz Nano Limited (ASX: DTZ) advanced its commercialisation strategy during Q2 FY2026 by strengthening leadership, broadening its decarbonisation platform, and securing fresh capital. The company appointed Nati Harpaz as Chief Executive Officer to accelerate commercial growth while introducing Dotz Energy, a new business unit designed to complement its existing Dotz Earth carbon-capture platform. Rather than changing strategic direction, Dotz Energy expands the company's focus on helping industrial and commercial customers reduce emissions through Heating-as-a-Service and other energy-efficiency solutions supported by proprietary software and AI technologies. The company also completed a AU$3.3 million private placement to support production scale-up, pilot deployments, customer engagement, and working capital.
Operationally, Dotz continued progressing Dotz Earth toward commercial-scale deployment, reporting lower production costs, expanding independent technology validation, and increasing customer evaluation activity. The company also advanced Dotz Energy by completing its initial engineering and commercial framework while engaging prospective customers across Australia, Europe, and North America. At 30 June 2026, Dotz held US$1.2 million in cash and remained on budget during the quarter. Looking ahead, management aims to convert customer trials into supply agreements, scale sorbent production toward its early-2027 target, secure initial Heating-as-a-Service contracts, and further develop its AI-enabled energy management platform to support long-term recurring revenue growth.
