Greenvale Energy Limited Announces Appointment of New Managing Director

Greenvale Energy Limited (ASX: GRV) has appointed Mr. Alex Cheeseman as the company's Managing Director, effective immediately. Previously the CEO since May 2025, Mr. Cheeseman now takes on additional responsibilities, overseeing day-to-day corporate and administrative matters while continuing his operational duties. The company commended his leadership in driving multiple projects and its strategic direction. Cheeseman expressed his excitement for the upcoming 2026 field season across Greenvale's Northern Territory and Queensland uranium portfolio, as well as progress on the Alpha Torbanite Project. Furthermore, Greenvale announced the resignation of Non-Executive Director Mr. John Barr, thanking him for his contributions over the last two years. Greenvale remains a three-person board, believing it is suitable for a company of its size
