DGR Global Limited Receives First Tranche of Settlement Proceeds

DGR Global Limited (ASX: DGR) has successfully received the first tranche of proceeds from the sale of its Solgold stake, following Jiangxi Copper’s acquisition at 28 pence per share. The net proceeds, amounting to approximately AU$45 million, were utilized to repay a loan facility with Samuel, marking a significant step in DGR's financial strategy. 

In addition, the company anticipates AU$23 million from the second tranche of shares, expected in early April, though subject to exchange rate movements. DGR’s board is currently evaluating the best way to allocate these funds, with an update expected once the review is completed. The company remains focused on creating value through its resource exploration and development initiatives, leveraging its expertise in identifying projects with strong growth potential in favorable jurisdictions.
