Charger Metals Unveils Strong Drilling Results at Medcalf Lithium Deposit

Charger Metals (ASX: CHR) has shared promising drilling results from its Medcalf Lithium Deposit, located within the Lake Johnston Lithium Project in Western Australia. The drilling program, totaling 3,418 meters, revealed new spodumene-pegmatite lodes, expanding the lithium mineralization by an additional 160 meters down dip. Notable intersections include 11 meters at 0.81% Li2O and 2 meters at 1.33% Li2O. These results suggest a potential increase in the Medcalf Lithium Resource, currently estimated at 8.2 million tons with 1.0% Li2O.

The spodumene mineralization forms part of a pegmatite swarm, extending from surface to a depth of 700 meters. Charger Metals expects to update the resource estimate once all assay results are received in the coming weeks. The project's strategic location near key infrastructure, such as the Esperance Port, positions it well for future development.
