Estrella Secures AU$8.0 million Underwriting Agreement to Strengthen Funding Position
Estrella Resources Limited (ASX: ESR) has reported the execution of an underwriting agreement to support the exercise of its listed options, reinforcing its funding position and capital structure. The agreement covers 445 million options exercisable at AU$0.018 each, representing an underwritten amount of approximately AU$8.0 million before costs. Under the arrangement, the underwriter will subscribe for any shortfall shares arising from unexercised options, ensuring capital inflow certainty. Funds will be received in two tranches of AU$4.0 million, with the initial payment due within five days and the balance within 40 days of execution. The underwriter will receive an 8% fee on the final underwritten amount and will be issued up to 80 million unlisted options exercisable at AU$0.045. The agreement is structured on standard commercial terms and provides Estrella with financial flexibility to support ongoing project activities and strategic growth initiatives.
