ARN Media Limited (ASX: A1N) has reported that legal proceedings have been filed against its subsidiary, Commonwealth Broadcasting Corporation Pty Ltd, in the Federal Court of Australia. The case arises from the termination of an agreement with Ms Jacqueline Henderson, with the applicants alleging the action breached workplace protections and contractual obligations. It is further claimed that a previous ASX disclosure contained misleading or deceptive elements under consumer law.
