Tabcorp Holdings Limited (ASX: TAH) share prices crashed following the release of the announcement related to the demerger of The Lottery Corporation Limited from Tabcorp Holdings Limited. The Company confirmed that the demerger has become effective. However, it was earlier approved by the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 20 May 2022.
The demerger is expected to be implemented on 01 June 2022.
At AEST 11:39 AM, TAH shares plunged over 80% and is trading at AU$1.020.
