Regis Resources Expands Exploration Pipeline with New Beamish South Resource
Regis Resources Limited (ASX: RRL) has delivered a strong mid-year exploration update, highlighting continued resource growth across its Duketon, McPhillamys and Tropicana operations. The Company announced an initial open pit Mineral Resource Estimate for the Beamish South deposit of 7 million tonnes at 1.1g/t gold for 270,000 ounces, providing a new growth platform with further drilling planned to support future Ore Reserve conversion. Exploration at Garden Well confirmed strong mineralisation extending up to 500 metres down-plunge beyond existing resources, while Rosemont drilling expanded the mineralised system approximately 300 metres south of the current design. At Ben Hur, ongoing drilling continues to reinforce underground development potential. In New South Wales, Kings Plains confirmed gold mineralisation extending to at least 180 metres below surface, supporting further evaluation. Meanwhile, drilling at Tropicana returned encouraging results across Boston Shaker, Tropicana Underground, Havana South and Swizzler, strengthening confidence in the long-term exploration upside across Regis’ high-quality gold portfolio and supporting future mine-life extensions.
