SPC Global Strengthens Balance Sheet and Expands Growth Initiatives
SPC Global Holdings Limited (ASX: SPG) has announced significant strategic and financial developments to support its long-term growth ambitions. The company appointed Nick Dimopoulos, CEO of Nature One and head of the International Business Division, to its Board, reinforcing its focus on international expansion, while two non-executive directors resigned.
The group also launched a fully underwritten AU$100.0 million equity raising, comprising a AU$2.9 million placement and a AU$97.1 million entitlement offer. Funds will primarily reduce debt and strengthen liquidity, with net leverage expected to improve from 3.9x to 1.1x post-transaction. Annual interest costs are forecast to decline from approximately AU$15 million to AU$4.5–5.0 million.
For H1 FY26, SPC Global reported net sales revenue of AU$171.5 million and EBITDA of AU$13.0 million. Domestic EBITDA reached AU$10.5 million, while international EBITDA stood at AU$2.5 million. The company maintained FY26 guidance for a 25% year-on-year increase in normalised EBITDA, supported by synergy benefits exceeding AU$16 million and expansion across Asian markets.
