OncoSil Medical Ltd entered into a distribution agreement with Hind Wing Company Limited

OncoSil Medical Ltd (ASX: OSL) announced that it had signed a distribution agreement for the sale of the OncoSilTM device in selected Chinese markets. The company has entered into an agreement with Hind Wing Company Limited, based in Hong Kong SAR offers exclusive distribution rights for the sale of the OncoSilTM device within the Hong Kong, Macao, The Greater Bay Area, China and the Hainan Special Economic Zone, China.

Hind Wing has been allowed the exclusive rights to distribute and promote the OncoSil device within the decided territories during a 3-year time period. The parties can also expand the agreement for additional terms by mutual agreement.
