Latitude and Humm terminate sale agreement for humm consumer finance

Due to present major disruption in financial markets, Latitude Group Holdings Limited (ASX: LFS) and Humm Group Limited (ASX: HUM) have agreed to terminate the proposed sale of humm consumer finance to Latitude.

Latitude Group pointed that BNPL represents less than 1% of its revenue and receivables. It is currently experiencing good organic volume growth, is profitable and well capitalised to execute on several opportunities going forward.

Post the release of this announcement, at AEST 10:52 AM, HUM shares dropped 12.173% and are trading at AU$0.505 and LFS shares are trading flat at AU$1.4.
