Lake Resources entered into a contract amendment with Lilac Solutions

Lake Resources NL (ASX:LKE) announced that it had entered into an amendment agreement to resolve the dispute between Lilac Solutions and Lake Resources. This agreement permits the teams to reset the relationship and focus together on the delivery of the world-class Kachi Project, which will lead the industry in terms of high-quality Lithium produced with a minimal environmental footprint.

Both companies continue working at the Kachi Project Demonstration Plant, with the plant's performance in line with anticipations. The plant has now produced more than 15% of the total Demonstration Plant estimated output in the short period since the plant came online this quarter. The project continues to manufacture in-spec LiCl solution between 1900 and 3800 mg/L. earlier testing on Kachi brines at Lilac's California headquarters in Oakland provided 1400-2354mg/L.
