Carnavale Enhances High-Grade Gold Prospects at Kookynie
Carnavale Resources Ltd (ASX: CAV) has reinforced the high-grade potential of its Kookynie Gold Project, with recent RC and diamond drilling confirming strong continuity of bonanza-grade mineralisation close to surface (within 20 metres). The results support open-pit development and highlight potential to expand resources within the ongoing Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS).
Notable intercepts from Swiftsure include 7m @ 28.3g/t, 6m @ 27.7g/t, 5.4m @ 29.5g/t, and 1.63m @ 53.8g/t, alongside multiple zones exceeding 9g/t. At Tiptoe, significant results such as 3m @ 26.1g/t and 10m @ 4.0g/t further validate resource quality.
Infill drilling on a 10m x 10m grid has improved confidence, supporting an updated Mineral Resource Estimate and future reserve definition. Additional exploration is planned to unlock further upside. Overall, the project remains well-funded and on track for BFS completion in early Q3 2026, positioning it as a scalable, high-margin gold development opportunity.
