Altitude Minerals Progresses Byrock Exploration with Geophysical Survey Completion.
Altitude Minerals Ltd (ASX: ATT) has completed a comprehensive geophysical survey program at its Byrock Project in New South Wales, strengthening its copper-gold exploration efforts. The work involved collecting data from 775 gravity stations along with 92 line kilometres of passive seismic surveys, aimed at refining and confirming key drill targets. This follows earlier drilling programs that identified several pipe-like structures, with three emerging as high-priority targets for further evaluation.
Combining the newly acquired gravity and seismic datasets with existing magnetic information is expected to enhance geological interpretation and improve accuracy in estimating target depths. This integrated approach will assist in determining optimal drill collar positions for upcoming programs. The identified targets display similarities to established porphyry systems within the Macquarie Arc, a region known for major copper-gold operations. Continued analysis and supporting geological studies will help prioritise targets ahead of planned reverse circulation drilling, advancing the project toward its next exploration phase.
