AUB Group Limited announced FY22 results; underlying NPAT increased 13.3%

AUB Group Limited (ASX: AUB) announced its FY22 results for the period ended 30 June 2022:

• In FY22, the company reported an underlying NPAT of AU$74.0 million, a 13.3% increase from the previous corresponding period. The increased reported NPAT was mainly due to strong organic growth in Australian Broking and Agencies along with fair value adjustments in the current period from the increased investment and consolidation of 3 entities previously held as associates, partially offset by acquisition expenses.
• It has reported underlying earnings per share of 96.70 cents per share, which increased 12.3% from PCP, and a net profit after tax of AU$80.8 million, a 14.5% up from FY21.
• It has announced a fully franked final dividend of 38.0 cents per share, which declined 2.6%, taking the FY22 total dividend to 55.0 cents per share.
• For FY23, AUB Group Limited anticipates its underlying NPAT to be in the range of AU$86.0 million - AU$91.0 million, 16.2% - 23.0% growth over FY22.
