SGH Ltd Announces Appointment of Vik Bansal to the Board

SGH Ltd (ASX: SGH) has appointed Mr. Vik Bansal as an Executive Director, effective April 1, 2026. Bansal, who brings significant operational expertise and a growth-focused mindset, will play a key role in supporting the transition of executive leadership to the incoming CEO of Boral, Mr. Matt McKenzie, through the end of the financial year. From July 2, 2026, Bansal will assume the position of Non-Executive Director.
