Rural Funds Group Posts Resilient Half-Year Results and Maintains FY26 Outlook.
Rural Funds Group (ASX: RFF) delivered a stable performance for the half-year ended 31 December 2025, remaining aligned with its full-year expectations. Adjusted funds from operations were 5.53 cents per unit, supporting reaffirmed annual guidance of 11.7 cents per unit. Distributions were maintained at 5.87 cents per unit, keeping the Group on track to achieve its full-year target.
Net property income increased to AU$48.6 million, driven by additional rental income from macadamia developments and contractual rent indexation. Adjusted net asset value rose to AU$3.10 per unit, while pro forma gearing improved to 39.1% following strategic divestments and water sales.
The portfolio, valued at approximately AU$1.99 billion, consists of 61 agricultural properties diversified across five sectors, with a weighted average lease expiry of 13.2 years. Management continues to prioritise disciplined capital allocation, active asset development, and balance sheet strength to deliver sustainable income and long-term capital growth.
