Resolution Minerals announced a share placement and Director appointment

Resolution Minerals Ltd (ASX: RML) has appointed Mr. Mark Holcombe as Non-Executive Director. Mr. Holcombe has more than 30 years of experience in corporate and investment banking, corporate development, and asset management.

The company has also announced a share placement to US-based investors to raise AU$600,000. The placement includes the issue of approx. 75,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at AU$0.008 per new share. The issue price denotes a 17.2% discount to the 15 trading day VWAP and a 7.0% discount to the 5 trading day Volume Weighted Average Price. The proceeds from the placement will be used to fund milestone payments and exploration costs at the 64North Project in Alaska, comprising an independent geological review and for the general working capital requirement.
