Kaili Resources Reports Positive REE Drilling Results at Mallee Project
Kaili Resources Limited (ASX: KLR) has received encouraging results from its Aircore drilling program at the Mallee Project in South Australia. Laboratory assay results from the February 2026 drilling campaign have revealed significant levels of rare earth elements (REEs), including Total Rare Earth Oxides (TREO), with notable values recorded at various depths across the Lameroo, Coodalya, and Karte tenements.
Key intercepts include 1m @ 812.5ppm TREO at 13-14m depth and 2m @ 341.8ppm TREO at 2-4m depth. These results are part of an ongoing exploration program targeting ionic clay-style REE deposits.
The tenements, located 200 km east of Adelaide, are under exploration for REEs hosted in the Tertiary Loxton/Parilla Sands. Kaili is progressing towards further drilling activities and plans to focus on additional exploration within the region to assess potential mineralisation extensions.
