Golden Mile Resources Raises AU$730 Thousand Through Private Placement.
Golden Mile Resources Ltd. (ASX: G88) has successfully raised AU$730,000 through a private placement by issuing 121,666,667 new shares at an issue price of AU$0.006 per share, reflecting a 21% discount to the 15-day volume-weighted average price. The funds will be allocated to accelerate sampling at the Aurora Gold Prospect in Arizona, USA, where preliminary results have indicated gold grades as high as 10.8g/t. This program is aimed at identifying drilling targets for the September quarter. Additionally, funds will support a field program at the Yuinmery Gold Project in Western Australia, which is showing promising similarities to the multimillion-ounce Youami gold deposit. The shares issued will also grant unlisted options with an exercise price of AU$0.01, expiring in 2029, subject to shareholder approval. This capital injection strengthens Golden Mile’s position to advance its key gold exploration projects.
