ReNerve Expands Asian Commercial Footprint Through Exclusive Hong Kong Distribution Agreement
ReNerve Limited (ASX: RNV) has signed an exclusive three-year distribution agreement with Hong Kong-based Swedish Trading Company (STC), significantly expanding the commercial reach of its NervAlign nerve repair products across Hong Kong, Macau and the Greater China Bay Area. The agreement provides access to a combined addressable population of approximately 88 million people and follows ReNerve’s recent regulatory approvals across the region.
Under the arrangement, STC will manage product importation, warehousing, marketing, sales and distribution activities, while ReNerve will provide clinical support, training and regulatory assistance. Initial stocking orders are already being shipped into the Hong Kong market. Management highlighted that STC’s established relationships with hospitals, surgeons and healthcare networks are expected to accelerate market penetration and support commercial growth across one of Asia’s most advanced healthcare regions.
The Greater Bay Area represents a major healthcare opportunity, encompassing 11 cities with a combined GDP of approximately US$2 trillion. ReNerve believes the partnership strengthens its pathway to broader international commercialisation while increasing exposure to growing demand for innovative peripheral nerve repair solutions.
