Raiz Invest Appoints Craig Keary as CEO to Lead Next Growth Phase
Raiz Invest Limited (ASX: RZI) has announced a leadership transition, with Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Brendan Malone stepping down after six years in the role. Craig Keary has been chosen to head Raiz Invest as its new Chief Executive Officer, commencing on 1 June 2026. The Board credited Malone with helping strengthen the business by sharpening its focus on the Australian market, growing active customer numbers, increasing funds under management, and supporting the achievement of underlying profitability and positive cash flow. Keary joins Raiz following an extensive executive search process and brings significant experience across digital platforms and financial services. His career includes senior leadership positions with major institutions such as HSBC, Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, AMP Capital, and Selfwealth. Raiz believes his expertise in driving strategic growth and customer engagement will support the company’s next stage of expansion as it seeks to broaden its reach and create long-term value for customers and shareholders.
