Qube Holdings Scheme of Arrangement - Court Hearing Update
Qube Holdings Limited (ASX: QUB) announced that the Supreme Court of New South Wales will hear an application on 7 July 2026 regarding the proposed scheme of arrangement under which Rubik Australia Pty Limited will acquire 100% of Qube shares. The scheme follows shareholder approval obtained at the meeting held on 16 June 2026 and represents the final court approval stage before implementation. Shareholders are entitled to participate in the Second Court Hearing and may formally raise objections to the proposed transaction in accordance with the prescribed legal process.
Any shareholder who intends to contest the scheme is required to submit a formal notice of appearance to the Court, along with a supporting affidavit, and ensure it is served to Qube at its registered service address no later than one day before the scheduled hearing. If approved, the scheme is expected to become effective on 8 July 2026, with Qube shares suspended from trading at the close of the effective date.
