Collins Foods Delivers Record FY26 Performance with Strong Profit Growth and Strategic Expansion
Collins Foods Limited (ASX: CKF) delivered a record financial performance in FY26, supported by higher sales, improved profitability and continued execution of its long-term growth strategy. Group revenue increased 8.6% to AU$1.59 billion, while statutory net profit after tax attributable to shareholders surged to AU$44.2 million. Underlying earnings also strengthened as the company maintained disciplined cost management and enhanced operational efficiency across its KFC network in Australia and Europe. During the year, Collins Foods expanded its restaurant footprint, progressed its German growth strategy through acquisitions, and sharpened its business focus by exiting the Taco Bell brand. The company also reduced net debt, strengthened cash generation and declared a fully franked final dividend of 15.0 cents per share, taking the total FY26 dividend to 28.0 cents per share. Looking ahead, Collins Foods intends to accelerate investments in restaurant expansion, digital initiatives and brand development, positioning the business for sustainable long-term growth while continuing to create value for shareholders.
