MLG Secures AU$70 Million Mining Contract to Strengthen Lithium Services Portfolio
MLG Oz Limited (ASX: MLG) has secured a significant integrated open pit mining and crushing services contract from Develop Global Limited for the Pioneer Dome Lithium Project in Western Australia. The 12-month campaign is scheduled to commence in July 2026 and is expected to contribute approximately AU$70.0 million in revenue during FY2027. Under the agreement, MLG will deliver a complete range of mining services, including drilling, blasting, ore and waste mining, load and haul operations, stockpile management, ore rehandling, and crushing circuit operations. The project marks MLG’s entry into another emerging lithium development, expanding its presence in the growing battery minerals sector. The contract will utilise the company’s owned crushing assets and production fleet, enhancing operational efficiency and asset utilisation. Management believes the award highlights MLG’s capability to provide integrated mining solutions while creating opportunities for future work as the Pioneer Dome project progresses through additional development stages.
