Regener8 Resources Secures AU$800,000 Placement to Progress Srebrenica North
Regener8 Resources NL (ASX: R8R) has secured firm commitments to raise AU$800,000 through a placement to professional and sophisticated investors. The capital will be raised through the issue of 8 million new shares priced at AU$0.10 per share. The funds will primarily support due diligence activities and exploration planning for the Srebrenica North Project, along with advancement of the company’s broader project portfolio and working capital requirements.
In addition to the placement, Regener8 intends to undertake a non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer to eligible shareholders targeting up to approximately AU$2.03 million.
The Srebrenica North Project comprises the Vagan and Dolovi exploration licences covering around 80 square kilometres within the historic Srebrenica Mining District in Bosnia and Herzegovina, an area recognised for its prospective volcanic and intrusive geology associated with polymetallic mineralisation.
