Qoria & Aura Merger Strengthens Capital and Growth Strategy
Qoria Limited (ASX: QOR) has provided an update on its proposed merger with Aura, highlighting a stronger capital position and refined leadership structure to support long-term growth. The combined entity, AXQ, will benefit from an increased equity placement of US$100 million, fully backed by existing Aura shareholders, reflecting strong confidence in the business. The placement is priced at an implied AU$0.40 per share, representing a premium to recent trading levels, while the merger ownership structure remains unchanged.
Leadership roles have been clearly defined to enhance execution, with Hari Ravichandran continuing as CEO and Tim Levy leading the newly formed Aura Alpha division, focused on innovation, partnerships, and global expansion. The integration aims to combine Aura’s technology capabilities with Qoria’s global footprint.
Strategically, the merger positions AXQ to capitalise on growing demand for digital safety solutions, supported by AI-driven innovation and stronger financial resources. The revised structure is designed to accelerate execution, strengthen the balance sheet, and deliver sustainable long-term value.
