Premier1 Secures Full Ownership of Yalgoo Gold Project in Western Australia
Premier1 Lithium Limited (ASX: PLC) has completed the acquisition of 100 percent ownership of the Yalgoo Gold Project in Western Australia, consolidating its position in the highly prospective YalgooâSingleton Greenstone Belt. The project covers approximately 266 square kilometres of prospective greenstone stratigraphy and includes the shallow Wadgingarra Gold Prospect, which hosts an Inferred Mineral Resource of 150 thousand tonnes at 2.7 grams per tonne gold for 13 thousand ounces. Yalgoo is strategically located near Ramelius Resourcesâ Melville and Applecross prospects and along strike from established mining centres, supporting strong regional exploration upside. Premier1 secured full ownership on commercial terms, comprising AU$ 230,000 in PLC shares and AU$ 50,000 in cash, and has appointed experienced mining executive Simon Phillips as Executive Director to drive project advancement and exploration activity.
