Austin Metals Limited (ASX: AYT) reported a strong December 2025 quarter, marked by a AU$3 million share placement aimed at accelerating exploration across its Austin Gold Project in Western Australia. The capital raise strengthens the balance sheet and supports imminent drilling at the Brunswick Hill and Mt Sandy prospects, where recent fieldwork has refined a Vadrians-style BIF-hosted gold model.
Reconnaissance activities confirmed new vein styles and structural settings analogous to nearby high-grade discoveries, highlighting multiple untested targets along more than 2 kilometres of prospective BIF strike. Austin’s broader landholding now spans over 30 kilometres across two major greenstone belts, underpinning district-scale potential. During the quarter, Michael Moore was appointed Managing Director, adding operational depth as the Company transitions into a more active exploration phase. Austin also completed the sale of its Broken Hill tenement package, sharpening its focus on core Western Australian assets. With systematic drilling planned and funding in place, the Company is positioned to advance discovery-led value creation in the Murchison region.
