Kula Gold to Be Delisted Following Forrestania Compulsory Acquisition
Kula Gold Limited (ASX: KGD) has advised that its securities will be suspended from trading following the completion of the compulsory acquisition process by Forrestania Resources Limited (ASX: FRS). The suspension will take effect from the close of trading on 29 January 2026, in line with ASX Listing Rule 17.4, as Forrestania proceeds to acquire the remaining shares it does not already own under its off-market takeover bid.
Following the trading halt, Kula will be delisted from the ASX Official List at the end of trading on 3 February 2026, pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.14. The announcement effectively marks the end of Kula’s tenure as a listed entity, with full ownership transferring to Forrestania upon completion of the compulsory acquisition. No further trading in Kula shares will occur following suspension, and remaining shareholders will receive consideration under the terms of the takeover. The development concludes the corporate transaction process initiated by Forrestania’s bid.
