Memphasys Secures Landmark National Supply Deal with Monash IVF for Felix™ System
Memphasys Limited (ASX: MEM) has achieved a major commercial milestone by signing an exclusive 12-month national supply agreement with Monash IVF Group for its Felix™ automated sperm selection technology. The partnership follows years of scientific collaboration and the successful completion of a pivotal clinical trial that validated the system’s performance.
The rollout will begin at two Monash IVF clinics, with broader deployment planned across the group's Australian network of 22 clinics after the initial implementation phase is completed. The agreement is expected to generate recurring revenue through the supply of Felix™ cartridges and consoles while providing greater revenue visibility and production planning certainty. The deal strengthens Memphasys’ transition from product development to commercial expansion and positions the company to accelerate adoption of Felix™ in Australia and overseas markets. With established manufacturing capabilities and regulatory approval already secured, Memphasys is well placed to support growing demand and pursue further commercial opportunities.
