La Trobe Private Credit Fund Declares Monthly Distribution
La Trobe Private Credit Fund (ASX: LF1) has announced a monthly distribution of AU$0.0128 per unit for the period ending 31 May 2026. Investors eligible on the record date of 2 June 2026 are expected to receive the payment on 15 June 2026, while the ex-distribution date is scheduled for 1 June 2026.
The distribution will be entirely unfranked, with no foreign income component attached. The fund has also confirmed that investors can participate in its Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP), allowing distributions to be automatically reinvested into additional units instead of being paid in cash.
The DRP election deadline has been set for 3 June 2026. Reinvestment pricing will be determined using the fund’s ex-distribution net tangible asset value at the end of the distribution period. Participation in the DRP remains available for eligible unitholders located in Australia and New Zealand.
