Healthia announced new acquisitions

Healthia Limited (ASX:  HLA) has signed binding agreements to acquire the following businesses:

  • Restore Movement, a physiotherapy business in Melbourne, Victoria (1 clinic).
  • Re-Wired Hand Therapy and Nerve Recovery, a hand therapy business in Melbourne, Victoria (4 clinics).
  • The Eye Place, an optical store in Singleton, NSW (1 store).

The Company believes that through these acquisitions would contribute annualised underlying revenue and EBITDA of AU$2.65 million and AU$0.46 million respectively. So far in FY2022 till date are anticipated to contribute annualised underlying revenue and EBITDA of AU$85.5 million and AU$16.3 million, respectively. Total capital assigned to these acquisitions is AU$110.8 million, with AU$19.1 million deployed excluding the Back In Motion acquisition.
