Antipa Minerals Limited (ASX: AZY) announced that it had received binding commitments from international and domestic institutions together with sophisticated and professional investors to raise AU$9.0 million via a non-underwritten placement. The placement includes the issue of approx. 333.7 million fully paid ordinary shares at AU$0.027 per new share. The issue price denotes a 12.9% discount to the previous closing price of on 07th September 2022, a 16.6% discount to the company’s 5-day VWAP.
In addition to the placement, the company also announced a Share Purchase Plan (SPP), in which Eligible Shareholders will be offered the opportunity to apply up to $30,000 of shares at the same price as the placement to raise up to AU$3.0 million. The funds raised via both placement and SPP will be used to increase exploration and project development activities at its wholly owned Minyari Dome Project and for general working capital requirements.
