WiseTech Global announces to acquire Envase Technologies for US$230 million

WiseTech Global Limited (ASX: WTC) announced its acquisition of Envase Technologies, a leading transportation management system software provider for intermodal trucking and landside logistics in North America, for a total consideration of US$230 million. The company will fund this transaction through a blend of 70% cash (US$161 million) and 30% new WiseTech Global shares issued to the vendors, which is equivalent to US$69 million.

Envase has over 1,300 customers throughout North America, including trucking companies, ports, depots, and warehouses. Envase is anticipated to make approximately US$35 million of revenue for the calendar year 2023 with an EBITDA margin in the low to mid 20% range.
