Wide Open Agriculture Appoints Craig Swan as CEO and Announces Board Transition
Wide Open Agriculture Ltd (ASX: WOA) has appointed Mr Craig Swan as Chief Executive Officer, effective 7 April 2026, as the company moves into its next phase of commercial expansion.
Mr Swan brings extensive international experience across the food ingredients sector, including senior roles at Goodman Fielder Ingredients, Nutrasweet, and Givaudan. At Givaudan, he held multiple leadership positions across Singapore and China — markets that are strategically relevant to WOA’s growth ambitions. His background spans agribusiness supply chains, commercial scaling, operational delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
The Board stated that the appointment supports WOA’s focus on accelerating the commercialisation of its lupin protein platform, strengthening customer partnerships, and enhancing manufacturing efficiency.
As part of the leadership transition, Mr. Matthew Skinner will step down as CEO and move into a Non-Executive Director role, ensuring continuity and retention of product expertise at the Board level. Additionally, Ms. Claudia Kwan will step down from the Board due to other commitments but will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity, particularly across investor engagement and strategic partnerships.
