Investigator Silver Limited– AU$55 million Placement to Accelerate Paris Development
Investigator Silver Limited (ASX: IVR) has secured firm commitments for a AU$55.0 million two-tranche institutional placement at AU$0.086 per share to fast-track early works at its 100% owned Paris Silver Project. The raising follows the release of the Definitive Feasibility Study, which outlined robust project economics including a pre-tax NPV8 of AU$1,154 million, an internal rate of return of 93%, payback of 11 months from first production, and a 64% operating margin based on a silver price of US$80 per ounce.
Proceeds will support advanced engineering, approvals, early contractor engagement, long-lead procurement planning, and targeted drilling aimed at strengthening geological confidence and financing outcomes. The placement materially enhances the balance sheet and enables the company to transition from study phase into execution, positioning Paris for accelerated development and bringing forward the timeline to first silver production.
