Enmore Project Delivers Strong Gold Intersections and Expands Mineralisation Footprint
Koonenberry Gold (ASX: KNB) reported significant progress at the Enmore Project, particularly at the Sunnyside Prospect, where seven diamond drill holes confirmed extensive gold mineralisation. The system is now defined from surface to +415 metres depth, extending over +260 metres strike and up to 75 metres width. Key drill results included 44.5m @ 1.01g/t Au, 36m @ 1.28g/t Au, 26m @ 1.01g/t Au, and 79m @ 0.74g/t Au, alongside high-grade intercepts such as 0.5m @ 62.3g/t Au and 0.5m @ 9.91g/t Au.
Additionally, visible gold observed in pending drill holes suggests further extensions. At Postman’s Gully, early drilling intersected breccia zones up to 12.5m, consistent with high-grade mineralisation of up to 14.05g/t Au. Meanwhile, RC drilling at the Hand in Hand Prospect returned encouraging results, with 11 out of 15 holes delivering significant intersections exceeding 2g/t x m Au.
Exploration also advanced at the Lachlan Project, where an IP survey covered more than 8km of prospective mineralised trend, with interpretation underway.
