Thrive Tribe Technologies Limited (ASX: 1TT) has announced a capital raising initiative expected to generate approximately AU$4 million through a placement to sophisticated and professional investors. The funding involves the issue of 3 billion ordinary shares priced at AU$0.001 each, along with attaching options exercisable at AU$0.003 and expiring in June 2029.
In addition, the company intends to pursue a further AU$1 million placement, pending shareholder approval at a future meeting. The proceeds are planned to support working capital needs, transaction-related expenses, and the enhancement of the company’s existing WooBoard and Reffind HR technology platforms.
