Southern Cross Payments Ltd (ASX: SP1), earlier known as iSignthis Limited will be delisted this week. The delisting process will occur on 04 November 2022.
On 02 October 2019, ASX determined to suspend trading in the shares of SP1. On 4 December 2019, the Company started proceedings against ASX, challenging the Suspension Decision.
The parties agreed to seek orders from the Federal Court of Australia that the Proceeding be dismissed with no order as to costs.
