Rumble Resources Secures Toll Milling Agreement to Fast-Track Western Queen Gold Production
Rumble Resources Limited (ASX: RTR) has executed a long-term Toll Milling and Blending Agreement with Gylden Resources and Kirkalocka Gold for processing ore from the Western Queen Gold and Tungsten Project in Western Australia. Under the agreement, 100% of forecast gold ore production from Western Queen will be treated at the 2.1Mtpa Kirkalocka processing plant over a period of four years and eleven months.
The agreement provides a capital-efficient development pathway by eliminating the need for Rumble to construct its own processing facility, while allowing the Company to retain 100% of recovered gold from Western Queen ore. Ore is expected to be processed in campaigns of either 75,000 tonnes blended with Gylden ore or standalone 150,000 tonne campaigns.
Management highlighted that the arrangement accelerates the pathway to production and near-term cash flow, with dewatering activities and underground mine development now becoming key priorities. Rumble is also advancing updated gold and tungsten resource estimates alongside a Bankable Feasibility Study following completion of a 17,500 metre drilling campaign earlier this year.
