ResApp Health Limited (ASX: RAP) shares are on trading halt pending an announcement related to providing an update related to the status of the planned acquisition by Pfizer Australia Holdings Pty Limited (a 100% owned subsidiary of Pfizer Inc) of 100% of shares in ResApp Health via a Scheme of Arrangement, while the Company considers the draft Independent Expert Report.
The shares would be until ResApp releases the announcement or the commencement of trading on 02 June 2022.
