Regis Resources reports solid Q1 FY2023 results; Shares up on ASX

Regis Resources Limited (ASX:RRL) announced a solid quarterly performance in Q1 FY2023 for the period ended 30 September 2022.

1. During the quarter, the gold production was of 114.8koz at an AISC of $1,782/oz.

2. Production and All-in Sustaining Cost guidance remains unchanged.

3. Gold sales of 106.1koz totalled $243M at an average realised price of $2,294/oz.

4. Operating cash generated in Q1 FY2023 was AU$76 million.

5. Cash and bullion on 30 September 2022 quarter stood at AU$157 million after investing AU$68 million in capex, AU$16 million for exploration and McPhillamys, and paying one-off costs of AU$39 million for stamp duty relating to the Tropicana acquisition, and AU$21 million for a rural property acquisition in NSW.

6. RRL declared a final fully franked dividend of AU 2 cents per share.

At AEDT 12:27 PM, RRL shares are trading at AU$1.532, up 4.965% from its previous close.
