Raptor Metals Extends High-Grade Copper Mineralisation at Chester

Raptor Metals Ltd (ASX: RAP) has reported encouraging assay results from eight additional diamond drill holes completed at its Chester Copper Project in New Brunswick, Canada. The latest drilling intersected multiple high-grade copper and polymetallic zones across both the Central and East Zones, including 11.75 metres at 1.71% copper and 16.1 metres at 1.96% copper equivalent. These results further validate Chester as a large-scale volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) system containing stacked copper-rich stringer mineralisation alongside higher-grade massive sulphide horizons. The drilling also confirmed the continuation of mineralisation beyond the previously defined Central Zone, extending the known strike length to more than 2.5 kilometres.

The program has enhanced the company’s geological understanding of the relationship between copper, zinc, lead, cobalt and silver mineralisation throughout the deposit. Multiple mineralised horizons encountered in several holes support the continuity and scale of the system, while elevated base metal values highlight Chester’s broader polymetallic potential. Raptor is awaiting results from the remaining drill holes, progressing metallurgical test work and integrating geophysical survey data to refine resource growth opportunities. The project currently hosts a Mineral Resource Estimate of 6.685 million tonnes at 1.07% copper and remains open along strike and at depth.
