PointsBet Holdings Limited (ASX: PBH) announced that its 100% owned subsidiary, PointsBet Louisiana LLC, has extended its U.S. footprint by launching its first bet in the State of Louisiana after receiving the launch approval from the Louisiana Gaming Control Board.
Under the partnership of Penn National Gaming, the launch represents the 4th state launch of the company’s online sportsbook. This also brings PointsBet Holding’s online sportsbook operation in the US to 12 states comprising New Jersey, Iowa, Indiana, Illinois, Colorado, Michigan, West Virginia, Virginia, New York, Pennsylvania, and Kansas.
