PEXA to Divest Informed Decisions as Part of Strategic Refocus
PEXA Group Limited (ASX: PXA), a leading digital property exchange platform in Australia, has signed a binding Share Sale Agreement to divest its subsidiary, Informed Decisions (.id), to an unlisted entity. The move aligns with PEXA’s previously announced strategy to exit its Digital Solutions businesses and concentrate on its core operations. The transaction is still subject to standard regulatory and procedural requirements, and the company anticipates finalising the deal by the close of the 2026 financial year.
PEXA has established itself as a key infrastructure provider for the Australian property market, enabling secure and efficient digital property settlements. Since launching in 2013, the platform has facilitated over 26 million property settlements and currently processes about 90% of property transfer settlements across Australia. In addition to its domestic leadership, the company has also expanded internationally, entering the United Kingdom’s digital refinancing market in 2022 and introducing its Sale & Purchase capability there in 2025.
